Auditions

The Herd welcomes all percussion enthusiasts to join the most unique and innovative NFL Drumline on the planet! 

 

This site displays all details you'll need for the entire audition process including Video Submission, Sheet music, and dates for Live Auditions.

Requirements

Applicant is at least 18 years of age as of May 1, 2025 and has received (or will receive) a high school diploma or its equivalent as of June 1, 2025
​
Applicant has viable forms of transportation to and from Indianapolis, IN on most Sundays from August - January.

Submit Application & Video

The first step is to submit your Application and Video Audition.

Due by May 15, 2025

​

For the video submission, you will need to play the first section of our cadence on your preferred drum. This is specifically from 0:00 - 1:06 of the cadence.

By May 22nd, we will reach out to specific individuals we'd like to invite to our Live Audition date. Those who are selected will be asked to learn the Herd Cadence in full for their desired position on the line.

Live Auditions - June 1st

Those of you who receive an invite will need to come to our Live Auditions.
