Auditions

The HERD welcomes all percussion enthusiasts to join the most unique and innovative NFL Drumline on the planet! 

 

This site displays all details you'll need for the entire audition process including Video Submission, Sheet music, Choreography routines and Live Audition dates.

Requirements

Applicant is at least 18 years of age as of May 1, 2025 and has received (or will receive) a high school diploma or its equivalent as of July 1, 2025
​
Applicant has viable forms of transportation to and from Indianapolis, IN on most Sundays from August - January.

Submit Application & Video

The first step is to submit your Application and Video Profile. These are due by April 25th.

PRELIMS Material Received

On May 2nd applicants will receive an email with further instructions for Live Auditions. Those who are selected will be asked to learn the HERD Cadence for their desired position on the line.

Live Auditions

Those of you who receive an invite will need to come to Live Auditions on one of two days; either June 2nd 4-8pm ET or June 7th 11-2 pm ET.
